Every 3mins complete 2 rounds of
10 Overhead Squat – 45/30kg
10 C2B Pull Ups
Increase the number of reps by 2 every 3min interval until you can’t complete the round
Rest 5mins
AMRAP 12mins
5 Deadball Cleans – 65/45kg
10 DB Push Press – 22.5/15kg
8.30am ENDURANCE WOD
10 Rounds for time
5 Squat Clean – 80/60kg
15 Toes to Bar
