5.30 to 11.30am and 4 to 7pm Monday – Thursday
5.30 to 11.30am and 3 to 7pm Friday’s
6.30am – 9.30am Saturday
8am-9:30am Sunday

SF Gym is closed between 11.30am – 4.00pm Monday – Thursday and 11.30am to 3pm Monday – Friday unless by appointment. Hours may vary without prior notice.
