From 2 January 2013 members with full membership and on programs can utilise open gym times 8am-12pm & 2pm-5pm.
Please note that admin staff member Nicole Vaughan will be the main person scheduled to be at the gym during these times, for insurance purposes if a Coach isn’t at the gym as well then you will not be able to use the Squat Racks or Bench Press. Thanks for understanding.
There will no longer be a “weekly schedule” as we believe you shouldn’t be picking and choosing which WOD’s you attend.
6.00am – 7.00pm Monday – Friday
8.30am – 10.30am Saturday
SF Gym is closed between 12.00am – 2.00pm Monday – Friday unless by appointment.
