Members with full membership and on programs can utilise open gym times 8am-12pm & 2pm-5pm.

Monday to Friday: 5.30am, 6.30am, 7.30am, 9am Parents n Bubs, 10am, 5pm and 6pm
Weightlifting Class: Wednesday’s 7pm and Saturday’s 7.30am
Mobility Class: Saturday’s 9.30am
