New On Ramp, done in 3 sessions and ready to hit classes!
From Tuesday 10 January 2017 our new on ramp kicks off. Running Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm, sessions will run 45mins to 1 hour each and will be in groups of 3 maximum. The 3 evening sessions in total are required to be completed before you can attend classes.
For those of you new to this style of training most affiliated CrossFit’s will require you to do a foundations or on ramp course prior to hitting classes. It’s the basics we teach to kick-start your learning. We give you the foundations and a few extras:
- Air squat
- Front squat
- Overhead squat
- Pull ups
- Shoulder press
- Push press
- Split jerk
- Hang power clean
- Power clean
- Hang power snatch
- Power snatch
- Plus we work on mobility with you each session, using triggerpoint balls, bands and foam rollers, teaching you how to self maintain and work on improving your mobility.
On ramp is now $195 which includes your 3 sessions mentioned above then your next 3 weeks training on completion of on ramp.
