*** It is a prerequisite to take our Fundamental Package prior to joining the group CrossFit classes. The Fundamental Package consists of 3 sessions of up to 4 people. The purpose of these sessions is to familiarise new members with the exercises used in the classes and the CrossFit methodology. Please contact us to book your sessions.
