Well, it’s now January and I’m sure a few of you are feeling a little more ‘expanded’ around the middle…and maybe feeling a little worse for wear because of your food choices. You’ve had your fun, now it’s time to get your body back into great working order!
At SF Gym, we’re supporting the Whole9 team and encouraging our members to start the Whole30 Program. What is the Whole30 Program I hear you ask? For those of you who have ‘gone Paleo’ before, it won’t be totally new, but it will be more defined and you are given some great guidelines on making nutrition choices. This is the next step to increasing your performance levels and fueling your body correctly.
For those who are new to nutrition challenges within the CrossFit realm, making these changes for the the next 30 days will change your life. It will change the way you think about food, it will change your tastes, it will change your habits and your cravings. It could, quite possibly, change the emotional relationship you have with food, and with your body. It has the potential to change the way you eat for the rest of your life.
